Terms of use

Draft: these terms are a starting point and have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer.

What 3dSabong.com is

3dSabong.com is a computer-simulated sabong broadcast offered for entertainment. Every bird, fight and result is generated by software. No animals are involved.

No betting

The site does not accept bets or wagers of any kind, holds no money for you and never asks for payment details. You must not use the broadcast or its results to run or settle bets with others.

Who may use it

You must be 18 or older to create an account. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what is done with your account.

Fair use

Do not try to disrupt the service, get around its limits, copy the broadcast for redistribution, or access other people's accounts. Automated access to results is available through the API.

Results

Each fight decides its own result; everything random in it comes from a seed drawn by the server's random number generator, sealed before the fight and revealed after it, and every step is recorded in a public, hash-chained audit log, explained on the fairness page. The service is provided as it is, without guarantees of availability.

Content and licensing

The broadcast, its graphics and its recordings are © 3DSabong.com | Red Cock Studio. Rebroadcasting or embedding it needs a licence; see licensing for operators.

Closing an account

You can stop using the site at any time; to have your account deleted, contact us. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
